Footrbridge Media CRM Dashboard

Project Overview

I led the UX/UI design and architecture of the CRM dashboard for clients participating in our core marketing program. The goal was to provide a software solution that streamlined business operations for clients, even those who might not have realized they needed it. This approach also helped clients stay on retainer for longer periods by offering more value beyond marketing services.

Problem

Clients frequently required support beyond marketing, as managing their own clients and internal teams proved challenging. Marketing agents consistently heard that users needed an all-in-one solution from Footbridge Media that would cover everything necessary to run their business efficiently.

Solution

We began by conducting ideation sessions with both our marketing and development teams to define the information architecture and create a feature prioritization matrix based on client needs. I performed multiple competitive analyses to understand what other CRM solutions offered and identify opportunities to improve upon them. Through several design iterations, we finalized CRM v1, a robust solution with plans for further enhancements and additional features in future releases.
